To order, please use our secure
shopping cart system. All prices are in US$, but
customers may also pay in Euros and GBP. On
receipt of your order, we will try to ship your
order within 2 working days by international
registered air mail. The p+p is the same for all
countries. The shipping time is normally one to
two weeks for Europe and Asia, and two to three
weeks for N. America and other destinations.
Please
note that depending on your country, you may be
asked to pay import duties. However, in our
experience, this is unlikely to occur with small
orders. If you are concerned about this, you are
most welcome to contact and discuss this matter
with us. We cannot assume responsibility for
import duties since we operate at a very narrow
margin.
Return
Policy
Goods
may be returned within 7 days of receipt for
exchange or refund. (please note that the p+p
cannot be refunded, except where the shipment is
lost or the merchandise defective). Exchanged/returned
merchandise must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and manuals, and accessories.
After
Sales Service
All products carry a
12 months warranty period. If you require servicing during this
period, please return the products to us. Beyond
that period, repairs will be carried out at cost.
You may also return the products to the
manufacturer directly for servicing but they will
also charge a handling fee.
