A. Ordering

1. Is your secure shopping cart system safe?

Your payment is handled automatically by WorldPay using industrial standard SSL encoding. Your credit card details are not disclosed to us or any third party. All your purchases from us are guaranteed by Worldpay. If you are still worried, you may also use PayPal. In that case, you can transfer money to your PayPal account from your bank account before paying us.

2. My Visa or MasterCard does not have the extra 3-letter code, can I still order?

The 3-letter code is only required for Visa or MasterCard that have them. If your card does not have a 3-letter code, enter 000 or use another credit card.

3. How can I pay in Euros and GBP?

All our prices in our site are in US$. However, when you make your payment, you may choose to pay in Euros or GBP and the actual price in these currencies will be displayed. The price displayed is based on the current exchange for that currency.

B. Shipping

1. Do you ship internationally to all countries?

Yes, we are geared towards international shipping: the vast majority of our sales are international. The same p+p apply to all countries.

2. What carrier do you use?

We normally use International Registered Air Mail. Shipments are given a tracking number and can be tracked through the Hong Kong Post Office.

3. How long does it take for the order to arrive?

We normally quote a shipping time of one to three weeks, but it depends greatly on the individual country. It is usually one week to two weeks for European, Asian and Australasian destinations, and around 2 weeks for U.S.A. Canada, S. America and Africa.

4. Can I use a courier service?

Yes, but we will have to quote a different rate for each country. The shipping rates for courier are generally very reasonable in Hong Kong. For large orders, we may use a courier without extra charges.

5. How long does it take for you to ship my order?

We do our best to ship your order within 2 working days, provided that your credit card details are alright.  If a particular product is not in stock, we will make every attempt to order it and ship it to you within one week. If it is still not available we will tell you and you may cancel the order.

6. What if my order does not arrive?

We guarantee delivery of your order. However, we cannot guarantee that it will not be not be delayed. In most instances, the delay is due to the customs, especially if large packages are involved. If you do not receive it within 3 weeks after receipt of your shipment notice, you should contact us immediately. We will do our best to track that order, and will resend it if necessary.

7. Will I have to pay import duties?

Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay import duties. However, in our experience, this is unlikely to occur with small orders. We cannot assume responsibility for import duties as this varies too enormously between different countries.  If you are concerned about this, you are most welcome to contact and discuss this matter with us.
